Returns

At Silla Paris, each piece is carefully crafted by independent designers and artisans, with a strong emphasis on quality and intention. As a result, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce unnecessary returns.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items within the EU (excluding custom or made-to-order pieces and accessories). Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at contact@sillaparis.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and further instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping

Silla Paris currently ships across Europe, the UK, Qatar, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, India, Australia, and North America.

- Shipping within Europe is free.

- Shipping rates vary depending on each brand’s individual policy. Please refer to the specific product and brand pages for detailed shipping information.

- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery, which are payable by the customer. Failure to pay these charges may result in non-delivery or return of the order, and such orders will not be eligible for a refund. We kindly request customers to pay any applicable duties promptly to ensure smooth delivery.

Please note: Many of our designers follow a slow fashion model, and certain items may be made-to-order. Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page, and we recommend reviewing them carefully before placing your order.

Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned due to non-payment of duties or refusal to accept the parcel, the order amount will not be refunded.

Damages & Issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@sillaparis.com.
