Returns
At Silla Paris, each piece is carefully crafted by independent designers and artisans, with a strong emphasis on quality and intention. As a result, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce unnecessary returns.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items (excluding custom or made-to-order pieces and accessories). Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
To request a return, please email us at contact@sillaparis.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and further instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@sillaparis.com.
